Delivery Terms and Conditions
Your product deliveries are made by 3rd party contractors including Australia Post and others.
Handling / delivery fees are calculated on parcel weight and destination. The costs are automatically calculated during your online quotation or reorder process and declared to you during the order process and prior to the checkout.
If you would like to use your own courier or pick up the goods from our production premises in Rosebery please let us know so we can remove your delivery charges.
Consignment Number Notification
Once your goods has been despatched you will be emailed a consignment number as confirmation of despatch and for your tracking purposes.
Whilst Badge World takes all care to despatch your badges in a timely manner we are not able to make any guarantees about delivery time frames ie. when you will receive your goods.
If you become concerned about the time taken for the delivery of your goods we suggest you firstly check the status of your parcel(s) using the consignment / tracking number provided to you at the time of despatch. Please direct any initial concerns to the service provider.
If you do not get a satisfactory outcome from the service provider, please contact us and we will make further investigations on your behalf.
Badge World does not accept any liability for delays in the delivery process. Under no circumstances is any financial or other compensation payable for delays caused by our 3rd party contractors.
Once you contact us by email that your goods have not arrived in a timely manner Badge World will initiate an investigation with the service provider. This normally takes a minimum of 5 days. If, at the end of that period, we are unable to locate your goods we will consider the goods lost. You may be entitled for replacement of your goods up to the product value of the insured amount. ( See below for Insurance terms)
If your goods have been damaged in transit you may be entitled to replacement of those goods, within the limits of the insurance cover. For consideration you must advise us with 72 hours of the delivery date and provide photographic evidence. We may request the product be returned to us for further investigation. The return of such product is at your cost.
If we conclude the damage is legitimate we will replace the affected goods. We will send the replacement goods free of charge and in a timely fashion.
Badge World provides complimentary transit insurance cover ( damage or loss but not delay) up to a product value of $500 inclusive of gst.
Delivery costs, setup costs or fast service cost options are not included in our complimentary insurance.
Should you wish to add additional transit cover for invoice values above $500 please contact us for a quotation. The same conditions covering damage and loss provisions apply.
The transit insurance offered by Badge World is only for replacement of goods and is not a monetary compensation or refund.
