Here are some instructions on how to order your name badges online. We trust that you will find the process really fast, easy and interactive!
FOR RETURNING CUSTOMERS
1.Go to the homepage of badgeworld.com.au
2. Login / Go to your account, then enter your username and password (Reset password if you have forgotten)
3. Click on the green button (order same design/new names) adjacent to the name badge artwork that is required.
4. Select badge fastener specifications as required, enter total number of name badges required, then Continue with Order.
5. Continue to Upload Names: you can either Upload a spreadsheet OR type them in the text box (typing names in the text box is only allowed if you have under 20 badges)
6. If applicable: enter notes or PO number. Otherwise, Confirm order and continue to the checkout.
7. You are now in your cart which has the summary of your order. Make sure everything you need is there. If something isn't right, you can edit your order too.
Feel free to add any spares if you wish, or
change to a faster turnaround time if applicable. Select your shipping and
insurance options. Confirm Order.
7. Ensure billing/delivery
address is correct or amend if necessary.
8. Accept the Terms &
Conditions and proceed to payment options. If you select to Pay Later by bank transfer, an Invoice will then be generated.

FOR NEW CUSTOMERS
1.Begin by getting a quotation from the website.
2.Select your badge specifications, enter the total quantity required & postcode to get the final quotation.
3.Happy with your quote? Now Continue to upload artwork/names for your badge order
Upload your logo/artwork, then upload name list if applicable (attach spreadsheet or type in text in boxes provided).
4.Type in any notes or upload your PO if applicable and then "Confirm Order & Continue to Checkout".
5.You are now in your cart which has the summary of your order. Make sure everything you need is there. If something isn't right, you can edit your order too.
6.Feel free to add any spares if you wish, or
change to a faster turnaround time if applicable. Select your shipping and
insurance options. Confirm Order.
7.Enter your contact details,billing & delivery
addresses.
8.Accept the Terms &
